As factory net departure, power grid company in order to improve the safe and stable operation of power grids, and increase of power quality assessment, according to the Electricity Regulatory Commission issued" Regulations on the management of power plant in grid-connected operation"(electric inspect market [2006]42date) and" grid power plant auxiliary service management Interim Measures"(Electrical Supervisor market [2006]43date) were developed in the two document:" power grid management implementation details" and" grid power plant auxiliary service management implementation details", referred to as the" two rules", formulate detailed rules. The AGC and frequency modulation input rate, regulation index assessment standards for the stringent requirements, at the same time and increase the power plant economic indicators.Power plant in order to meet the requirements of two rules, in ensure the unit under the premise of safety, the coordinating control system AGC and primary frequency control structure and the control method needs to be improved. At the same time the establishment of AGC monitoring analysis of local functional system, realize the network for the master system and substation equipment channel monitoring. The power plant automatic generation control management system design and AGC channel monitoring system were studied and discussed, based on the dispatching center to power plant of message recording, analysis. Check the AGC command and the actual load deviation, to ensure accurate and reliable AGC instruction execution. When a problem is identified can quickly judge the reason, dealing with problems or declaration of exemption, to strive for the best interests of power plant.
