The economy of the power plant mainly is decided by thermal efficiency of the electricity station boilers . The higher is the boiler efficiency , the less is coal to get , economic performance is better, on the contrary , the economic performance descends , even lossing in business. But the boiler efficiency high or low has very big relation with coal, in addition to the factors of design and run. Burning the designed coal, the thermal efficiency of boiler is high , contrary , it is low for burning undesigned coal. An inquiry to 428 power plants of whole country in 1987, by the equipment institution of Ha Er-bin pointed out that 50% of power plants burned undesigned coal, made the boiler parameters not easy to assure , and the thernal efficiency descended 5% generally or so. Take one set of electricity station boiler of 1000t/h for example, burning the designed coal , the thermal efficiency is much about 90% or so, burning the undesigned coal, the combustion inside the stove is not good , away below designed-value of thermal efficiercy of boiler, Givving an instance, according to thernal efficiency belower 5% than the designed-value, burning AII, 7200 hours a year , 300 yuan/t, the wasted fuel by weight is 66813t, equivalent to RMB 20,044.000 yuan, namely, the power station loses RMB 20,044,000 yuan. Contrary, adoptiny the measure for power coal blending ,making the blended coal match with the designed , the power plant can avoid the above -mentioned loss, so, it will create a better economic performance for the power plant.The paper studied about the technological, applications of power coal- blending, focusing on the power coal-blending of a set of 2 X 300MW in Shan Dong Shi Li- quan Power Plant . This text discussed and analyzed the appliable scope of the additivity of coal quality index from the theory and the experinent ,centered on the calorific value , and the influence of the volatile matter on the combustion of the boiler,then showed the condusion that the analysis based on calorific value of oxygen- plays and volatile matter are linear additory. The condusion laid the foundation for for mulating the mathematics model of the power coal-blending optimizing scheme,in addition, discussed the of each property of coal upon the safe combustion,and putted forwared the equivalent unit to measure .amalyzed the each definition to top and bottom limit of fuel each index , the reason of the definition carried on the discussion the volatile propery of several fuel coals and blended coals.pointed out that power coal-blending based on the fuel preperty and will be helpful to the safe or economic performance and protecting environment sawing energy.The article studied and discussed that the main quality parameters o: the blending-coalare linear additory ,the predictiny mechod of combution property for power coal-blending can guide blending-coal ,analyzed the shortage of the power coal-blendiny mathematics model in existence in the native, that is, it did not consider the blending-coal combustion characteristics in the stipulative conditions of power coal blending mathematics model, actually, it affects combustion inside the stove and thermal efficiency of boiler ,should be considered.Because the nornal combustion of boiler has particular request to the coal quality index, different styles of boilers have the relative request to the chemical parameters of the power blending-coal also, thus, there must be stiputation for the combustion characteristics in the stipulation condition of the power blencling-coal mathematics model ,not only can it guarantee that the blending-coal chemical parameters adapt the boiler to the coal quality ,but also guarantee that the blending-coal has a good burnabe property ,and reduce the error margin in the properties between the blending-coal and the actual.According to the stipulation conditions and the target function, the paper putted forwared the new stipulation conditions in the new blending-coal mathematics model, indicated that the main mechical parameters of coal for evaluating quality of...
