Energy development has always been the main problem that puzzles our country's economic promotion and social progress,because our country's resources distribution is not balanced to determine the coal-based energy consumption structure,and the thermal power plant conforms to the development of the times,naturally become the main energy supply in our country.Although the construction of thermal power plant in our country has been in the world advanced level,but the thermal power unit in the operation stage will often appear unit non-stop,unit furnace tube leakage and other accidents,after the unit is completed and put into operation for a long period,efficient operation has a negative impact.The quality control in the installation stage is an integral part of the quality management of power plant construction,dedicated to meaning for improving efficiency of single machine.The quality control measures specific to the construction stage of thermal power units refer to the engineering management activities to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and systems through the quality control of the transportation and storage of the installation equipment and materials,the installation environment,the installation process,the inspection and inspection,and the protection of finished products,etc.This paper studies the problems of quality control in the construction stage of a350 MW thermal power project from the angle of combining theory and practice,and analyzes and studies the possible quality defects such as generator stator hoisting,pipe support and hanger monitoring control,boiler pipe blowing system,installation and commissioning of steam engine body,welding environment control of large-caliberpipeline,etc.,in order to provide reference and guidance for the construction quality management practice of thermal power unit to ensure the quality of the power construction project and at the same time,enrich the theory and practice exploration of power construction project quality management.At the same time,the cycle control method is adopted to solve the quality problems and hidden dangers of the above systems,and it is expected to reduce or avoid similar problems by means of prior planning,in-process control and post-conclusion,and to improve the quality control of the installation stage of thermal power units to achieve the harmony of economic and social benefits.Applying the principle of quality control can realize the purpose of quality management of electric power construction project,and control the actual quality problem,which is beneficial to give full play to the best economic benefit of electric power construction project.
