In this thesis,through the demand analysis of the transmission line operation and maintenance business management of the State Grid Sichuan power company,a B / S mode transmission line operation and maintenance business management system based on the Internet is developed by using J2 EE.The 500 kV transmission line operation and maintenance business management system designed in this project is based on the daily operation and maintenance of Sichuan transmission line.The system is required to be able to handle the daily.In addition to bookstore business data information,it can also reduce the labor intensity of front-line staff.To complicate the simple problems and get rid of the situation of traditional manual data statistics and calculation,we can use intelligent big data and AI technology to timely predict and judge the faults in the transmission line,and guide the front-line staff to carry out corresponding operation and maintenance.It can ensure the safety and stability of the whole transmission line.This topic uses J2 EE related technical specifications and MVC three-tier architecture to build related systems.Through the demand analysis,design and programming of the transmission line operation and maintenance management system,the system is developed and finally put into production.In this system,the database is written by SQL.Through the database platform,complete the programming of the system,and put into the daily production and use of the company.Since the system was put into use,the company's labor workload has been greatly reduced,and the management process of transmission line operation and maintenance has been enforced from the system to avoid human errors.In addition,after the comparison of B / s technology and C / s technology,we decide to use B / s technology,that is,the client accesses the server through the browser and works on the server side,avoiding a lot of work of installing the client.Transmission line operation and maintenance management system is mainly divided into line accident management,line defect management,maintenance management,line hidden danger management and line maintenance project management modules.According to the business process of the audit department,the system records the relevant business data,realizes the circulation audit of each part,and supports the query of historical data,which is convenient and fast,and can supervise the secondaryunits.In addition,through the automatic statistics,all work according to the established process,without accidents,effectively reduce the possibility of errors,improve reliability and work efficiency.Through the input of the system,the business of transmission line operation and maintenance management department will be fully automated and informationized.The transmission line operation and maintenance business management system designed and implemented in this project has good expansibility,and can achieve good data interaction with other business data information systems in the power company.But there are still some deficiencies in the development process.The next step is to further put transmission line authorization,transmission line project implementation approval and other processes on the line in a systematic way,and expand the dimension of transmission line statistics,so as to better serve the company's decision-making and employees' daily work.In view of the fact that some data types in the operation and maintenance business management system of transmission lines may be inconsistent with those in the information management system developed early in the power company,the next step is to build a data interaction platform within the power company to ensure that the data between different systems can be converted in time.
