Design And Study Of Double Focusing Magnetic Mass Spectrometer

Double focusing mass spectrometer is the mass spectrometer which have functions on the focus of the direction and energy, it consists of a magnetic analyzer and an electrostatic field analyzer. Double focusing instrument with high resolution, large mass range, and bulky, can complete mass spectrometry analysis of organic macromolecules, and is widely used in organic Mass Spectrometry.Through researching on and analyzing the course of development and current status of domestic and foreign mass spectrometers, this issue clears the research purpose, meaning and value. This paper reads as follows:By the application of mass spectrometry principle, the parameters of double focusing instrument are calculated and designed, mainly include:the design and calculation of an ion source, a magnetic field of mass analyzer, an electrostatic field energy analyzer and the receiver. On the basis, the double-focusing conditions are verified, the optimization design of the key structure of the main part of the mass spectrometer is got, which makes the instrument achieve a better performance.Second, three-dimensional geometric model are established in solidworks. In simion electrostatic lens analysis software, the functional simulation and analysis of the instrument designed are complete, the optimization of parameters sre verified, an effective way to optimize the structure and the key parameters settings of the mass spectrometer are explored, which provide a theoretical basis for the design of similar instruments.
