| Nowadays, auxiliary control systems in most domestic fossil-fired power plants are trending to centralized systems from individual ones. Auxiliary control system implements the centralized control system well, which makes monitor and control operation convenient, reduces mention workload, improves system efficiency, and enhance automation level of power-plants.This article researches the design and analysis of auxiliary control system for1000MW unit of the coal fired power plant, which is applied in Shanghai Caojing Power Plant. In the study of a large scale power plant auxiliary control system technology and it’s controlling need, the auxiliary control system network artchitecture is designed, the hardware configuration is completed, the control programs also the HMI are created, and the redundancy and reliability is realized. It is convenient to carry out multiple control system using centralized control ideology and high technological programmable controller. It also advances the maintainability and security of control system greatly.Meanwhile, it is proved that the system is able to control the auxiliary process effectively, achieve the combination of management and control favorably by connecting to the management information system. At present, this system implemented successfully gets good evaluation. |
