Research On The Humanized Design Of Outdoor Environmental For The Elderly Community In Chengdu City

Our country has entered into an ageing population society and the aging process has been obviously paced up. And with the corresponding community for the elderly outdoor environment construction is still in the initial stage. There is a series of problems in the design of the outdoor environment.First, this paper analyzed the ageing population in China, based on the examples of community construction at home and abroad and related documentation and the mental and physical features of the elderly, summed up the characteristics of the elderly behavior, and second, with the method of the behavior observation and on-spot investigation, analyzed existing environment landscape problems in the elderly community, especially in the landscape design, Put forward Humanized design principles in the design of the old community outdoor environment in Chengdu:comfort, compensation, safety, accessibility, identify; expound the goal of the environmental design of the elderly community clearly:Comfortable environment space, diversity environment space, participate space analyzed activity space based on the old people’s activity characteristics:Communication space, gardening space,rest ornamental space, fitness activity space, Parenting activity space and illustrated the design method in element of the older community environment:Road system, Rest facilities, plant application. At the end of the study, take the community landscape design for the cadres in the Chengdu Military area as the example, redesigning the theory of research achievements in the study. Which deepens comprehend and application of theory of the old community outdoor environment detail design.
