The Exploration Of The Landscape Environment Layout Of Residential Communities

The development history of the residence community has closely relation with the economic and historical political system of China’s society.Although the development of residence community in China is little short,it still have a few decades of the process.With the reform and opening up,the arrival of a well-off society,many individuals became the owners since the China housing from the public change into a private,which promoted the development of community model.Community mode gradually becomes to be diversified,multi polar,multi assortments.People’s requirements for the taste of life has not only satisfied with the general living conditions.people laid more emphasis on the living environment of residential areas.It has become the spiritual home of human life.So it has become a very important issue that how can the spatial environment layout of the community make people have a better life experience.The research content of this paper is based on the analysis of the development process of the landscape environment layout of residence communities in domestic and abroad,secondly this paper finds out the advantages and shortcomings of current residence community design through some cases of residential landscape design,then explores the enterainment function,environmental beautification function,ecological function and humanization design of residence community landscape environment layout.To analyze,this paper combines with environmental psychology,ergonomics and other subjects.Finally,explores a series of problems for people living in a residential areas through its own design practice of landscape space environment layout and provides people with some advice and thinking about how to live better in the residence community.
