With the continuous development of modern manufacturing, product assembly designhas become indispensable to CAD design component. In the digital assembly technologyof product, how to assemble the system to achieve its knowledge and intelligence, directlyrelated to the automotive product assembly production efficiency. The use of computerassisted three-dimensional software for manual assembly is Commonly used in today’ssocity. Based on the theory of automatic assembly and the establishment of an expertsystem knowledge base, assembly parts for the automotive design and development of areasonable speed automated assembly system software.Firstly, this paper studies the automated assembly theory of how the auto parts forautomatic assembly of the theory for a more in-depth research and information on theassembly characteristics of objects to study, for the establishment of the expert systemknowledge base; The spare parts through the XML language Information to identify thecharacteristics of the assembly, the UG software platform for solving the assembly ofautomotive parts assembly operation analysis, with the actual results of manual assemblyline.Secondly, in order to further improve production efficiency and assembly efficiency,Automatic assembly system was developed to solve the traditional manual assembly usingthree-dimensional software to the problem of which is low assembly efficiency. Thesystem can greatly improves the assembly efficiency, shorten product development cycles,and reduce development costs. Through detailed analysis and experimental verification thatthe design and development of this system is reasonably practicable. Therefore, the use ofautomatic assembly systems software development and the associated R&D products,automated assembly has a very good reference value, in line with market competition.Finally, through the use of UG/Motion simulation model to establish assembly andrealize co-simulation with ADAMS software. Through specific examples of two conditionsof the dynamics simulation to verify the feasibility of a co-simulation.
