Thispaper aims to interpretation of the new architectural vocabulary of thedazzling skin, and trying to establish the more objective andcomprehensive understanding for the system of it.The author started from the concept of the dazzling skin, regarded thehome and abroad’s researches as the theoretical basis, combined with alarge number of examples, summarized that the dazzling skin is an artistic,technical, informational, emotional and innovation skin. The same with the skin of the building, dazzling skin also has two properties, materialand spiritual. Origami type, gradient type, nonlinear type and LED screentype, are the classification of dazzling skin. On this basis, the authorstudied on the diversified expressive tendency of the dazzling skin.The expressive tendency of dazzling skin is the external manifestationof its essence. This paper analyzed the material, aesthetics, emotion andtechnology of the dazzling skin’s expressive tendency. Combined with thepictures of actual cases, showed the abstract concept of dazzling skinconcretely and lively.
