Missile weapon system is a kind of disposable equipment of hugeinvestment, and long-term storage. In the long storage process, it’s mainlyaffected by temperature, humidity, mechanical stress and other environmentalstress and usually, its failure mechanism includes oxidation, aging, performancedegradation and other slow chemical or physical processes. Missile weaponsstorage reliability is inherent reliability under non-operational state. The study ofit aims to evaluate and predict the reliability scientifically so as to help find outthe law of storage failure, exclude the hidden faults timely and ensure the battleeffectiveness effectively and have significant influence on national security andsocial stability.Provide technical support for storage reliability of missile weaponsystem and strengthening the management of arms and ammunition warehouse,so, the study owns certain academic and strategic significance.This paper start from the environmental monitoring for the storage ofmissile weapons and equipment, an acquisition and management system ofmissile storage temperature and humidity based on AVR Single Chip Micyoco isshown. It possesses a great many advantages, e.g. low power consumption, lowcost, low weight, large memory capacity, easy operation and installation, etc. andsettles up the common problems of those high-cost, large-weight wired dataacquisition equipments. Achieves intelligence of data acquisition anddata transmission. Scondly The host computer based on the Delphi developmentplatform for environmental datamanagement system is designed. It is verifiedthrough massive experiments that the system can serve in real time, collectingand managing data and information of storage conditions. Then, analyze failurelaw of missile weapons and equipment, apply reliability prediction methods ofcombination of physical modle resolution and statistical analysis, assess missilestorage reliability in the small sample. with the Bayes method, through exert experience, baseed on the field test data, used the method of weightod integration,effectively usethe historical information, the problems about the small sample inthe missile weapon system storage reliability assessment are solved, improve theaccuracy of the missile storage reliability assessment. Fourthly, with theutilization the storage reliability information of each unit of the missile, thecomprehensive assessment of system reliability is carried out. Accordingly, theassessment of the entire missile storage reliability is completed. At last, throughcalculating the example, verify the validity of the above model.
