The oil supply system is an essential component of the aeroengine lubrication system.The performance directly affects the reliability of the lubrication system, and then affects theservice life and working stability of the entire engine. It is absolutely necessary to make acomprehensive study of the oil supply system, and it has crucial significance for the designand fault diagnosis of the aeroengine lubrication system in the future. This paper, focusing onthe aeroengine lubricating oil supply system has made the study on the performance and thekey technique problems which is to be solved in the oil supply system test.This paper analysed the structure of lubrication oil supply system for a certain type of aircraft engine, then established the calculation model of oil supply system based on the operating principle of aircraft engine, engineering thermodynamics and related knowledge about fluidmechanics. The variation regular of performance parameter for oil supply system was obtained through programming calculation of MATLAB under different conditions. The research mai-nly analyzed the variation trends of lubrication oil system flow and pressure with different te-mperature and different rotate speed. The analysis showed that the flow of slide oil enlargedwith increasing rotate speed of lubricating oil pump with the flow of oil increased,the pressuredecreased with increasing temperature of slide oil system.From the perspective of simulating the actual performance status of the oil supply system,the specific method for oil supply system test was studied, and the key technique is solved inthe test were analyzed. Emphasizing the study on the temperature control system of the test,the temperature control model of the lubricating test rig was established. Based on the systemidentification, the intelligent algorithm for temperature control was proposed. MATLAB asthe simulation platform was design and simulate the temperature control system of thelubricating oil test rig. The simulation results show the robustness of the intelligent controlalgorithm which is based on the system identification is strong and has fast response speed.This algorithm is obviously superior to the conventional PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm.
