The general test system with the intersection of bi-linear CCD camera is a common way for testing the coordinates of the projectiles, but this system can test only the coordinate of single-shot projectile, there are some issues with testing the space coordinates of target for multiple flying objects, such as overlap and occlusion when they go through target surface. Double array CCD intersection measuring methods were put forward based on summarizing the existing measuring methods in this thesis, which can make up the deficiency of testing the position of multi-target of the general test system and make the testing of multi-target come true.The overall plan for the measurement technology of multi-objective spatial position with high speed double array CCD was researched, the measurement model with Double array CCD was established, the feature of flying multi-target position and multi-target matching recognition methods were analyzed. The intersection of two cameras formed a2mx2m measuring target surface based the measurement method and the appropriate arrangement was analyzed, the system has camera, lens and image acquisition card. On the basis of theory analysis for the space position of multi-objective array, the principle of the epipolar geometry of binocular vision was used to recognize and match target for multiple flying objects, which satisfies the requirements of measurement system. Measurement errors of measurement system, mainly including structure parameter errors and the errors caused by inaccurate focal length, are analyzed, the results of the simulation experiment show that errors meet accuracy requirements. theoretical error is far less than the error requirement of the test system. The error analysis provided the theoretical analysis and technical support for raising the measuring precision of the system.The related experiment indicates that the test method and multi-object recognition method are effective and feasible, so it can be used in the range experiment which is used to test the performance of new weapon system. This research protocol can not only solve the accurate measurement of the spatial location of multiple targets, but also has some advantages such as strong adaptability and high measurement accuracy, and play important role in promoting the technological level of shooting range test.
