The firing density is an important index for measuring the performance and stability of firearms and ammunition.Obtaining high-precision impact point coordinates has always been the focus of research in the field of ballistic testing.At present,the light curtain of the photoelectric coordinate target is mainly a grid-type light curtain composed of a plurality of parallel beams.However,the adjustment of the parallel light path is difficult,high-precision stitching of multiple parallel light curtains cannot be achieved,and the cost is relatively high when the target surface is large.In order to solve the problems of difficult adjustment of the optical path,narrow application range and high cost of the current photoelectric coordinate target light curtain,a multilayer array type photoelectric coordinate target is developed in this paper.By designing a structural model of a multilayer diaphragm plate to construct a light curtain for space measurement,and a prototype of a multilayer array type photoelectric coordinate target is set up.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Expounding the principle of measuring the impact point coordinates based on multilayer diaphragm.The photoelectric system part of the measuring device is researched.The structure of multilayer array photoelectric coordinate target is designed and analyzed emphatically.And the main parameters such as the number of diaphragm plate layers,the spacing distance between the holes and the number of receiver hole array on the diaphragm plate are designed.(2)By using Tracepro software to simulate the process of light forming a light curtain in space through a multilayer diaphragm,and the rationality of selected light source and receiving device is verified from three aspects: response time of photoelectric device,sensitivity of photoelectric device and detection sensitivity of light curtain.Analyzing the interference factors of the system from the structure of the multi-layered array photoelectric coordinate target and the use environment,and proposing an anti-interference scheme for the target surface.(3)Establishing the mathematical solution model of two kinds of projectile flight parameters and studying the application of the projectile's target coordinates.Analyzing the errors in the calculation of the impact point coordinates and obtaining the measurement error distribution in the whole target plane.The comparison simulation results verify that the receiver pinhole array structure can improve the measurement accuracy.(4)Based on the above research results and laboratory environmental conditions,a multi-layer array photoelectric coordinate target test prototype is built,and 20 simulation tests are performed.It can be obtained from the measurement results of the two methods that the average error of the projectile coordinates in the X-axis direction is 0.08 mm,and the error also changes by about 1 mm compared with the measurement result of the paper target.Through the comparison of two sets of simulation results,it is proved that the multi-layer array photoelectric coordinate target can meet the requirements of system test.
