Application Research On The Electrical Test Of Helicopter-Carried Stabilized System

This paper describes an electric detecting technology based on the helicopter optoelectronic stabilized aiming equipments. The technology can be used widely in the maintaining of helicopter stabilized aiming equipments in all-level, and has important significance in improving the combat readiness, probability of mission-completed, and the maintaining efficiency of the helicopter aiming equipments.The research is based on the stabilized aiming equipment, which has the common characteristics of helicopter stabilized aiming equipments. Firstly, the malfunction list of the stabilized aiming equipment is given by analyzing its structure. Then, the paper summarized the types of malfunction in helicopter stabilized aiming equipments, considering the problems that we have met in engineering research, and identified the demands of the electric detecting of helicopter stabilized aiming equipments.The design of electric detecting equipment is based on the malfunctions of the stabilized aiming equipment. The hardware platform is constructed using currency hardware with high reliability and well maturity. At the same time, due to the style of modularization designing, special detecting module can be developed as the demands of detecting hardware, keeping balance between the currency, reliability, transplantation and redundancy of the system. The detecting software platform is developed on the Windows XP operating system. All the detecting functions are realized by the platform. Detecting software is based on XP operating system. ALL detecting functions are achieved by it.We pay much attention to make the software simple and clear. The detecting device can satisfy the need of the third class service of stabilized aiming equipment. The hardware terrace is commonality which can be used in development of other detecting device.During the research on this paper, we grasp much knowledge of electric detecting including intelligent power supply, signal detected of different type and the display of detecting result. We solved many problems of electric detecting inside and outside on the device and accumulated much experience on other electric detecting device.
