The snow cannon vehicle its powerful fire-fighting capability to become importantmodern fire-fighting equipment, occupy a very important position in the fire safetyindustry. Due the snow cannon vehicle using imported from abroad, its high price make itand not widely used in the domestic fire units snow cannon vehicle localization hasfar-reaching implications and important industry, construction of fire the significance.This paper briefly expounds the snow cannon design principle and overall program,analyzes the characteristics of the system and the function of the whole car. And throughthe establishment of system synchronization system model based on synchronous cylindersynchronization degree analysis improvement. The results showed that: in the system byadding the flow valve, double cylinder working pressure and displacement of identicalsynchronization level has been greatly improved. The valve control cylinder theory isintroduced in brief, and through the closed loop servo system simulation analysis of theideal system transient performance. Then, aiming at the snow cannon nozzle technologyand requirements, in order to improve the effect of spraying, the nozzle structureparameters of the simulation study. The results show that: the nozzle series, entrance size,shrinking angle and length diameter ratio and other factors on the spraying effect of thenozzle has a certain impact. Because of the snow cannon working condition determines thespecificity of the need to have corresponding off-road and climbing performance; thispaper uses the dynamics software to its walking and climbing capacity analysis andsimulation. The results showed that: climbing instantaneous acceleration and force is fargreater than the road walking data, it’s climbing the instability generated with the increaseof slope and the pavement surface, obstructing or sliding coefficient increased withincreasing.The successful establishment of the snow cannon vehicle key components simulationmodel, through simulation analysis test provides a reliable theoretical basis for furtheroptimization and functional improvements as well as the actual production of snow cannon vehicle overall.And rely dynamics software to analyze its dynamic performance,to verifythe feasibility of climbing performance and overall design.
