Analysis And Matching Of Hydraulic System Of Track Snow Removal Vehicle

This paper is based on the project of railway track snow removal vehicle research in a transportation company.Based on a certain type of track snow removal vehicle,the hydraulic system of driving device and the hydraulic systemof snow removal device is designed and analyzed.It satisfied the railway line environment and requirements in the Chidabai area.And the matching mechanism and algorithm of the engine and the driving hydraulic system based on PID control are proposed to provide a theoretical reference for the improvement of the hydraulic system of the track snow removal vehicle.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The development situation and development direction of snow removal vehicles at home and abroad is compared.(2)The hydraulic system of the track snow removal vehicle is decided,which includes the track snow removal truck hydraulic system circuit,hydraulic system speed control mode and hydraulic motor drive scheme.The driving variable pump and variable motor is determined and the driving hydraulic system is designed.(3)The hydraulic system plan for the snow removal vehicle snow removal device is determined,which includes the set,snow motor circuit design,steering circuit design and lift circuit design.The set,the snow throwing motor and the snow throwing steering motor are designed for the hydraulic system of the snow removal device.(4)The simulation model of the hydraulic system of the driving hydraulic system and the snow removal device are designed to verify the feasibility of the hydraulic system scheme of the track snow removal vehicle.(5)The matching mechanism and control of the track snow removal engine and the driving hydraulic system are established.The mathematical model of each link of the driving hydraulic system is designed,and the driving hydraulic system is simulated by PID control method.
