Wind power is one of energy renewable resources, which have the most development potentialities. Grid connected operation of wind power is the effective avenue of realizing the wind power large-scale development. However, with the large-scale development of wind power generation, the influence of the characteristics of fluctuation and intermittence of wind power is more and more outstanding. It becomes the series obstacle confining the capacity and scale of wind farm. It’s believed that using large-scale energy technology in the power wind consisting of combined system the combination of wind power and energy storage is an effective way to smooth the wind power fluctuation.The energy storage system can quickly absorb, release power and can improve the ability of wind power access grid, matching with the power generation effectively. But because of the expensive storage unit cost and imperfection of energy price system, it’s necessary to research on capacity optimization of the wind power and energy storage combined system, which has an important value in theory and application.The paper is based on the measured data of wind farms. Given the energy-scale storage and combined of request of different plan effort control, it constructs the model of the power of the combined system in the different regulation and control.The paper studies the feasibility condition of combined system. Based on this, it constructs the optimization of capacity ratio in the combined system and analyzes the impaction capacity, including control mode, selling electricity price, installation price, and punishment coefficient of supply loss as the target function of the maximum total revenue of the combine system.Given the control mode of plan curve tracking and peak shaving, the paper studies the feasibility of the combined system in current and future market through simulation, and figures out the trend of the optimized capacity proportion based on technical and economical estimation.
