In recent years,the industry has continued to develop.The replacement of traditional energy by new energy is an important way for people to solve energy shortages and environmental pollution.my country’s wind power technology is relatively mature.With the increase in the degree of participation in the power grid,the impact of wind power’s own characteristics has also become prominent.Researchers have found that the energy storage access system has effectively alleviated the impact of wind power and improved the connection of wind power.Reliability into the grid.The main research content of this paper is based on the consideration of energy storage attributable to power generators and power grids,and three energy storage electricity price and benefit calculation schemes are proposed.In the wind storage system,the function model is constructed with the goal of maximizing the annual energy storage benefit,and calculated Maximum benefit,realizing economic operation.The thesis first introduces the calculation method of variable cost of transmission and distribution.The improved IEEE33-node network is selected for digital simulation.The power component theory is used to construct a single source-single load network after two power flow tracking,and based on this network Establish cost conservation relations to obtain load cost electricity prices;then divide the service types of energy storage in the distribution network into three categories:energy services,capacity services and auxiliary services,and build corresponding benefit models and account for fixed costs and maintenance costs.Then use the extreme learning machine method(ELM)and neural network method to predict the wind power and load of the system,and draw the change curve;finally,three types of benefit calculations are proposed from the perspective of energy storage attributable to the power generation company and the power grid.The solution is to construct a functional model that takes into account thermal power units,wind power units,energy storage,and system constraints to maximize annual energy storage benefits,and use CPLEX to optimize and solve them to obtain the maximum benefits.Among them,when calculating benefits from the perspective of generators,energy storage charging and discharging electricity prices correspond to time-of-use electricity prices.When calculating benefits from the grid perspective,energy storage charging electricity prices are all variable cost electricity prices,while discharge electricity prices consider two types of conditions:variable cost electricity prices and Electricity sales price.The simulation results show that the integration of energy storage can effectively reduce the wind curtailment rate and reduce the value of the grid loss;the auxiliary services of the energy storage services obtain the largest benefits;the energy storage benefits calculated from the perspective of the power generation company and the grid are not the same,solution three The benefit value is the largest,which will also encourage the power grid to actively participate in the construction of energy storage.
