Study On The Self Penetration Repairing Material Of Concrete Crack

Reinforced concrete are the most widely used building materials in the word, which are widely used in port, dam, highway, bridge, municipal and others’ modern engineering construction. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, science and technology and the expandment of construction scale, the concrete structure is complicated day and day and structure damage problems are more prominent.Combining the domestic and international research status of concrete crack repairing material, this paper tries to study a inorganic concrete crack repairing material which has good fluidity and permeability and able to penetrate into the depths of micro cracks. Especially these materials must have some characteristics about high intensity、small deformation good bonding property、economy、convenient construction and so on. The main research contents are as follow:(1) This paper summarizes the theories of concrete structure’s damage and the repair mechanism of self penetration, mainly including the structure damage、fracture evaluation、 penetration process and rheological properties.(2) This paper studies and formulates repairing material performance in order to establish and improve the evaluation system.(3) The amount of substance on the influence of repairing material and the study on performance of repairing material,especially the bonding performance and self penetration performance.(4) Evaluate the repair effect of repairing material and compare the performance to CCCW and the applicable scope and the simple construction technology.There are some Innovations in this paper,such as study the pure inorganic materials as concrete crack repairing material and don’t add any organic material,to overcome the organic materials and old concrete’s poor compatibility、easy to aging、disadvantage to environmental protection and other deficiencies;the repair method of concrete crack is the repair type of self penetration,rather than the traditional filling、sealing、grouting;and choice superfine cement instead of ordinary Portland cement as inorganic concrete crack repairing material,and effective use of fly ash、slag and silica fume and so on; aiming at the different crack,this paper configures inorganic concrete crack repairing material of different mixture ratio.
