| Matrix converter is a new type of power transformation electronic,it can directly realizeAC-AC transformation,and overcomes shortcomings of AC-DC-AC ajustable speedsystem,such as serious harmonic pollution,the low power factorand and DC-Linkinverter.This paper studies the modulation strategy and the commutation strategy of matrixconverter,and analysis the Vector Control of Asynchronism Motor system based on MC.This paper first introduces the double space vector modulation strategy and four-stepcommutation method of MC,and set up the simulation model of MC dragging perceptual loadin Matlab/Simulink, The simulation results show that the validity and feasibility of the controlstrategy,and provides a theoretical basis for the applications of MC in the motor controlsystem.Then,this paper analyzes the vector control method of the asynchronous motor,andstudy the combine between the composite control strategy combining MC and the vectorcontrol method,and set up the simulation model in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation resultsshow that the system not only achieves the the vector control of asynchronous machine withexcellent static and dynamic performance,but also acquires bi-direction power flow,improvesthe quality of power grid and realizes green frequency conversion.Finally, this paper design hardware circuit used TI’s DSP TMS320F2812as the corecontrol unit,the hardware circuit of the system of Vector Control of Asynchronism Motor Fedby Matrix Converter,including the circuit of bi-direction switch matrix, clamping circuitry,input filing circuit,drive and protection for of power device,logic Commutation circuit basedon CPLD,zero crossing detection circuit for current and voltage and controlling circuit forpower;and design the software part of the system.These provid a theoretical basis for therealization of the system. |
