In recent years, Communication technology rapid development, our provinceeach electric power communication company according to the status quo of changedoperation mode, organization set up unattended or less people guard station.According to the company’s related data statistics, down the vast majority ofsubstation communication network is the power motive system of the station roominterrupt or room temperature and humidity are not up to standard, resulting insubstation communication machine room equipment failure; In addition because thetelecom room is located in the substation, and substation in suburban area, and thedistance between the head office, so room for checking and troubleshooting of thework was hard to accurate grasp, so need to each room power and environmentalparameters for remote centralized monitoring system, as well as the communicationsequipment supervision and inspection work, ensure the normal operation of electricalequipment, make the maintenance and management from manual passive guard theway to the centralized monitoring and unattended management mode transformation.Substation communication power and environment monitoring system is acomprehensive utilization of the computer network technology, communicationtechnology, database technology, automatic control technology, image monitoringtechnology, remote operation technology, computer network system consisting ofnew sensing technology, etc. The monitoring object is within the substationcommunication equipment room power supply and transmission equipment, such astemperature and humidity environment parameters and machine operation equipmentof video images. The system makes the intelligent communication equipmentmaintenance work to new stair. This paper is mainly according to the electric power company’s actual situation,design a dynamic environment monitoring system for substation communicationequipment, including the previous monitoring system, this paper designs a new typeof alarm way, in the past when a device fails, the system through the lights flashing,voice warning, timely prompt monitoring personnel on duty, but the actual situationof the company,most of the station for the unmanned station, so we design a message warning alarmsending way, the system can be in communication equipment failure, through theway of sending an SMS to inform maintenance personnel, the implementation ofreal-time monitoring and timely maintenance of the equipment.Later in the system application testing stage, to implement the improvementmeasures of high voltage strong magnetic interference in a system, improve theanti-interference ability of power, shielding, grounding technology to reduceequipment such as high voltage, strong current for the telecom room, such as highvoltage produced by the strong magnetic interference.The system adapted to the current development requirement of thecommunication industry, not only reduces the labor intensity of workers, andimprove work efficiency and quality of maintenance. Can real-time quantitativeanalysis of equipment operating data, realize the four remote functions, providereliable decision basis for the development of communication network, make thesubstation communication server room maintenance and management work to a newlevel.
