| China’s dam is in the number of first and higher rate of dam failure in the world, thus, the identification, estimation, analysis, evaluation and treatment of dam risk is a hot research topic in China’s water conservancy sector to be solved. This paper based on the risk of dam and system described the risk identification, risk occurrence probability, failure modes, dam failure, risk early warning and emergency response programs and other aspects of a comprehensive description, form a complete dam risk research system. Main research contents are as follows:First, summary and introduces the basic theory of dam risk analysis. To sum up the meaning of risk in the field of dam, analytical procedure and content analysis; Proposed the general process of dam risk management and develop risk management factors; Summary of dam hazard rate analysis of single and integrated approach; Proposed the full life cycle management philosophy and the basic model of the dam risk.Second, analysis the probability and pattern of dam break. According to China’s specific national conditions, systematic analysis the possibly breaking reason, dam-breaking model and path for dam.Third, detailed analysis the dam-breaking consequences of the dam. Proposed for the dam-break loss of life, economic loss and social impact part of the loss estimation methods, parameters, and model; Base on fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the environmental impact of the dam failure, and specific examples to be analyzed and verified.Fourth, analysis the forecasts and warnings of the dam risk. Summarize the specific meaning in the warning of the dam risk, elaborate formulation of the principle of early warning and select its indicators, and analyze the warning sign index of the dynamic monitoring. Finally establish the emergency plan of the dam risk. |
