Safaty Research Of Out Railway Base On Theory Of Planned Behavior

The generating process of the theory of planned behavior was analyzed, the main arguments, consideration projects and measuring methods of the theory were stated, and the theory of violations of pedestrians was studied.Combining the context of the theory of planned behavior, the travel behavior of resident living nearby railway was researched. The structural equation model was construct and proved by the data of questionnaire survey. The model was used to the study of illegal behavior outside the railway in order to explain the illegal behavior applying the theory of planned behavior. Based on the result of the model, the reason of the illegal behavior was analyzed. It included poor safety management work, no further study and publicity of safety management job, and thin people’s traffic safety awareness. The management measures of safety outside the railway was proposed. The safety management work should be strengthened, the traffic safety culture should be cultivated, the advanced technology should be applied to promote the safety level, and the quality of employee should be improved.
