The Economic Analysis Of The Property Of Railway Bill's Document Of Title In The International Railway Through Transportation

In recent years,due to the continuous strengthening of trade between countries,rail transport as the best way of land cargo transport which has been paid more attention.In the process,the waybill as an important voucher for contacting the main bodies of the transaction,as a receipt for the carriage of goods and a voucher for entering into the contract of carriage,will flow along with the goods and will have an obvious impact on the trade efficiency and become the new direction that relevant department and expert Scholars study.Compared with railway transport,maritime transport has always been the most important mode of transport in the development of international trade.As an important document in maritime transport,the marine bill of lading has a huge and far-reaching impact on the trade.Its documentary voucher property determines that it plays an extremely important role in international trade.With the rapid development of the Asia-Europe railway through transportation,long distance,long time and large capacity has gradually become the characteristics of the railway transport in the region,which is similar to shipping.The General Office of the Ministry of Commerce gave a reply to State Railway Administration about the International railway through transportation.It stressed that in order to give full play to the role of international railway freight transportation in promoting the development of international trade,it is recommended to study the relevant practices in the field of marine transport to design an international railway transport document with the property of ownership of goods,which can reduce the business risks that may arise from the use of international rail transport and promote the international trade of international railway transportation between the countries on the Eurasian continent.However,from the transport documents,there is a fundamental difference between the railway waybill and maritime bills of lading,that is,the property of document of title.Whether or not to change the property of railway bill is the subject of our study.This article will proceed from the most basic reality,analyze the technical and economic characteristics of the major modes of transport on the nature of their documents,point out the particularity of the bill of lading,and sort out the new demand that the rapid development of the direct international express railway may have on the railway waybill.Then combined with the analysis framework of the economic theory of time and space and the information obtained from the actual investigation to explain the path mechanism of the documents affecting trade,and finally carry out an economic analysis on the properties of the railways with the right of Document of Title in the space-time dimension.
