Dynamic loading track inspection vehicle is a track inspection vehicle,based on the high-speed development of China’s railway for high-speed and heavy haul railway design. The car is CSR Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd. Developed, based on the advanced technology of domestic and foreign rail inspection car, used efficient, mature, reliable design methods. Given full consideration to the vehicle "reliability, security and stability" in the vehicle design process, and provides a good idea for the future design and development of all kinds of advanced rolling stock, but also laid a solid foundation. The vehicle finite element analysis and static strength test, provide a strong guarantee for the success of the design and manufacture of the vehicle.This paper studies the design of the steel structure of the carbody part of the dynamic loading track inspection vehicle, and its static strength, modal analysis of calculation, static strength test assessment and other related projects. For the structural characteristics as well as the strength of the key components in the car body steel structure focused on research. Concluded in the nine static strength working conditions and the calculation of the five designated loading conditions, the body structure, structural strength, stiffness, modal meet the design requirements. Body structure during appropriate optimization, the maximum stress in various operating conditions are less than the maximum permissible stress of the corresponding conditions, the rational design of the carbody structure make mechanical properties meet the requirements of the relevant standards and norms.Static strength test is essential for the safe operation of the newly developed vehicle structure, By carbody strength test, to determine whether the structure in the actual use conditions to meet the requirements, and checking the carbody finite element analysis of the accuracy of the calculation. In this paper, by the dynamic loading track inspection vehicle’s carbody design researching and the finite element checking analysis as well as the static strength test, summarized the finite element analysis methods in engineering applications, skills, and experience precision control, also summarized the carbody static strength test methods and test data processing experience. The results of this thesis for future high-reliability, high safety performance of the rolling stock design work provide important reference also has a very good value for the production guidance.
