Study On The Railway Station Attendant’s Workload

From reality the paper carries on an intensive research of the workload of the railway station attendants. By using the AHP, it builds up an influencing factors system and sets up a structural model for the influencing factors, then the qualitative analysis is done. Applying the task analysis, the paper sets up a quantizing evaluation model for the railway station attendant’s workload., while making quantitive analysis on it..This paper focuses on the quantitative evaluation model of the workload. For the particularity of the railway station attendant, it aiming at setting the quantitative evaluation model, with which you can get to know the level of the attendant’s workload in any period, in any time.The main works are as follows:First of all, it makes a reasonable definition of railway station attendant’ workload according to the characteristics of the attendant’s work. Then it analyzes the influencing factors of the station attendant’s workload by applying the AHP.Secendly, it builds up coding dictionary of the operating units after the detailed analysis of the attendant’s tasks by using the AHP.Finally, it sets up a quantitative evaluation model for railway attendant’s workload after task analysis. Through case analysis, it verifies the validity and credibility of the quantitative evaluation model by physiological measurement.
