Talents are powerful guarantees for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,along with our country carry out the policy of reinvigorating China through human resource development,talent competition is fierce in all walks of life,the car industry,especially the technology research and development of talent competition,the mainstream of auto enterprises are introduced talent strategy plan,effective performance management system is one of the main measures to implement the strategy of enterprise talents,HG company’s existing r&d staff performance management system has not meet the needs of the company strategy development.This article through to HG company technology research and development personnel performance management existing problem analysis,combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP),Delphi method and the quantitative analysis model theory to study the content of the main work for technology research and development personnel to decompose,statistics,research,in the past years working on the basis of the historical data and using expert investigation method,literature study method to calculate the weight coefficient of each work,establish a quantitative mathematical model of technology research and development work,and connecting with the actual case detailed statistical data are presented.Based on the work quantitative analysis model and combined with the department personnel composition structure,the existing work assignment scheme and the performance evaluation and scoring system in line with the current situation of HG technology R&D personnel are optimized.In senior leadership and incentives and so on various aspects of support and guarantee,through detailed improvement plan and implement,and then analyze the improvement scheme of the implementation of the data,verify the validity of the workload evaluation system in this paper,for the company technology center and other departments of talent strategy of performance management reform has a certain reference significance.
