LNG is short for Liquefied Natural Gas. In recent years, due to the shortage of oil energy and the rise of crude oil prices, natural gas wins people’s approval because of high-quality and efficient clean energy. Therefore, the demand of LNG rises in recent years, and so does the demand associated LNG transport. LNG railway transportation has not opened yet. Therefore, most of the LNG transport use the flexible road transport in order to avoid the investment risk of building a pipe line transportation.For a professional LNG transport enterprise, obtaining higher profits is the pursuit of the enterprise, but it is also essential to ensure the timely arrival and service quality. Therefore, in order to be able to better serve its customers, make full use of existing resources and create a better economic efficiency, it is necessary to establish a scientific and rational LNG vehicle scheduling program. Currently, LNG vehicle scheduling are using traditional methods or scheduling personnel experience. There often appears customers waiting for supply sources and lead to reduce the quality of service. If left uncorrected, it will cause huge economic losses to both sides.This paper is based on the influencing factors and characteristics in the process of transportation of LNG as well as LNG transportation network combined with the principle of optimization of the vehicle transport scheduling coordination to establish a vehicle scheduling model of the maximize LNG production corporate profits, mainly solving the problem of not timely arrival and LNG transport vehicles wait to unload after arrival time, so that to minimize the cost of this part of the punishment. And this paper uses genetic algorithm to solve the model, working out the vehicle scheduling scheme of the logistics and transport companies within a week. At the same time it makes the waiting time reduced to a minimum, so as to maximize profit. After working out the vehicle scheduling program, it analyzes the results to find if it can improve the operational efficiency of enterprises and improve service quality. Use the established mathematical model in this paper to analyze whether it can solve the existing problem of the business of transportation of LNG.
