The Research On Evaluating And Improving Tactics Of Consolidatin And Distribution Of Longkou Port

Longkou Port is an important port in the eastern Shangdong Province, is a majior planning programming harbour of Yantai City and Yantai Port Group. From2008, the throughput of Longkou Port has been incresing fleetly and is60,340,000tons in2011. But the development of consolidation and distribution system of Longkou Port does not meeting its requirment and clipping the wings of Longkou Port throughput increasing.This paper firstly describes the present situation of Longkou Port, introduces the natural environment and recent grouth, analyse the source of goods about the main economic central region, expounds opportunities and threats of Longkou Port in competing. Through the analying about the3consolidation and distribution modeles, introduces the using neatly about multimodal transportation. On the basis of historical data from2007-2011, forecasts shortly the Longkou Port throughput, road throughput, railway throughput and waterway throughput. This paper establishes the evaluating model of consolidation and distribution system of Longkou Port in multilarninar fuzzy and general appraisal method and evaluating the road model, railway model and waterway model through investigating staffes being familiar with Longkou Port consolidation and distribution system. At last, this paper describes the improving tactics of3consolidation and distribution models.
