Development Of Corona-resistant Performance With Enameled Wire Tester Used In Frequency Conversion Motor

In the rapid development of the AC Drive Systems, AC Frequency Conversion Motor as the main drag way has been being dominant gradually and using in the production practice more and more widely. While after introducing the device of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT), service life problem has emerged in frequency conversion motor, and the corona-resistant performance with enameled wire is one of the important constraints on the service life problem, so it needs a specific test equipment can effectively detect the corona-resistant performance with enameled wire.A thorough study on test-related technologies of corona-resistant performance with enameled wire, this paper adopted H bridge technology of IGBT which is a lastest corona-resistant test technology. Base on related characteristics of H bridge and IGBT own properties, this technology designed the H bridge circuit which can be used in the test of corona-resistant performance with enameled wire and with reliable protection circuit, which means it can take a test on the corona-resistant performance with enameled wire and ensure IGBT tube not be burnt out and run safely. On the software side, to be able to make the corona-resistant magnet wire tester normal operation and to achieve the target function, this paper uses many methods to ensure that the communication between computers and test equipments is smooth in order to make sure that it can access test data in real-time and monitor the testing process.Research on corona-resistant performance with enameled wire testing in the domestic is not a lot, this paper adopted new methods and techniques is a great complement to corona-resistant performance with enameled wire testing. The tester’s main properties achieve the advanced indicators of international similar testers and can meet the needs of domestic quality assessment of enameled wire frequency conversion motor.
