Trial-Manufacture Of Enameled Wire Corona-Resistant Tester And Analysis Of Expeirmental Data

In modern society, the rapid development and extensive use of motor have broughtgreat convenience to people’s lives, as a result, everywhere is the application of motor.As the circuits and electrical equipments become more and more complicated, motorlife has been facing a great challenge, meanwhile one of the important factors whichaffects the motor life is the corona-resistant performance of the enameled wire ring usedin the motor. To this end, the design and production of those instruments which can testenameled wire corona-resistant performance is vital.Based on demand mentioned above and on the basis of in-depth study of enameledwire corona-resistant technology, this article designs and realizes an enameled wirecorona-resistant performance test instruments which is in line with national standards.The tester adopts the advanced H-bridge circuit, uses IGBT as the switching devices inseries and specifically designs protection circuit to protect IGBT; the tester reasonablyconfigures the hardware and software system, uses various means to ensurecommunication between the hardware and software and finally combines into a machineand uses this tester to test a variety of enameled wire; also the tester analyses andstudies the test results, debugs and improves the problems of the tester and ensures thatthe tester can work in a safe, stable and accurate state.The test of Enameled corona-resistant performance has been paid more and moreattention to, but domestic research in this area is still in its infancy and is far from beingable to meet the needs of the society. Corona-resistant tester designed in this article canease the contradiction between social demand and production, which is a hugecomplement for the enameled corona-resistant performance test.
