The float interface mechanisms are such devices that joint the electricity, fluidand gas tubes between spacecrafts in space docking. Because of the space of thecomplexity of the environment, to rendezvous and docking process simulation need toadopt the simulation method to implement. Three-degree-of-freedom simulation testsystem can simulate the actual rendezvous and docking and separation process of thefloat interface mechanisms, measure the connecting and repelling force in the dockingand separation process.This paper focused on floating docking organization three degrees of freedomsimulation test system research, including rendezvous and docking process motionanalysis, the simulation of the test bed of detailed design and simulation validation, etc.For three degrees of freedom simulation test system, analyzes the general designrendezvous and docking process the last section of the separation and movement rulesand docking deviation, and put forward the corresponding design indexes, given theoverall scheme design;The simulation test system mechanical analysis of the structureof the principle and structure, and the movement mechanism, structure design in detail;)Control system are analyzed, the characteristics of this test on the composition of thesystem, hardware design, software design and reliability design are given the contentsuch as design scheme.Through the simulation experiments, the results show that the three degrees offreedom simulation test system can complete the last rendezvous and docking processsimulation test requirements, liquid, gas, circuit for floating docking institutions productdevelopment provided the necessary simulation validation method.
