The sixth raiway speed-advancing of China has been widely exerting in the main hign irons in2007, and the security brought by it has been becoming the focus of public concern. Redirector is the locomotive driving the vehicle and running gear, thus it is one of the critical components to make train safe and smooth during operation. Structural strength characteristics, fatigue characteristics and dynamic characteristics are directly related to safety of the high-speed train. Both of the manufacturing conditions and design standards of CRH2consult the Japanese Industrial Standard JISE4207.First of all, this paper uses3D modeling software CATIA to establish the geometric model of Redirector, and then transmit the entity model into software Hypermesh through IGES interface, and plots out in accordance with the standard finite element mesh. The thesis uses the software ANSYS to analyze the frame structures of director of CRH2based on the results and reference of JISE4207and JISE4208, then gives an evaluation of static intensity and fatigue intensity. Secondly, the thesis optimaizes the truss according to the principles of optimal design on the basis of the synthesis of drive and braking loads and the maximum stress occurred in the framework position and characteristics. Meanwhile, the thesis gives a consideration of the framework of structural intensity and stiffness to satisfy the premise in order to reduce stress concentration, increase intensity and stiffness of the hazardous areas, and to minimize mass and volume structure.In conclusion, based on the kinetic finite element theory, the thesis makes an analysis for the truss to find out the vibration modes which influence the dynamic stiffness of the frame at the largest degree. Based on the analysis of the harmonic response to harmonic excitation of the vibration of the framework, the thesis finds out the resonant frequency various hazardous area of the framework of, and makes some suggestions for the engine operating parameters, and structural optimization framework.
