Bearing is an important part of the machinery and equipment, the function of bearing is supporting rotating shaft or other players to lead the movement to rotate or move, and bearing the load from the shaft or shaft parts. On the different of movement components’friction, the bearings can be divided into two types:rolling bearing and plain bearing. Rolling bearing is a supporting parts, it works by the principle of rolling friction. Rolling bearing has many characteristics, There are some characteristecs on rolling bearing’s working performance, for example:small friction, easy start, acceleration quick, compact in structure,"three part"(standardization, serialization, universal) is high, the working performance and working life which adapting to the requirements of modern machinery, easy maintenance, and so on. Because of bearing’s unique advantages, it has been used widly both at home and abroad. Especially in metallurgy enterprises, bearing is commonly used. Therefore, it is necessary for us to start a deep study of bearing theory and the law of the bearing temperature and heat rate. My thesis is encountered to solve the problem in this background.First, I took a detailed investigation of a steel company where applied the oil-mist lubrication. According to the result of the investigation, I map the physical model of bearing seats and oil-mist flow fields of the four rows cylindrical roller bearing and the two-row tapered roller bearing. Then, I apply the Pro/E software to draw bearing seats and the region model of the oil-mist fluid. Secondly, with the Gambit software to mesh the model of bearing seats and the region model of the oil-mist fluid, and to set parameters of the boundary condition that is accord with the industry congditions. Then, applied the Fluent software to simulate the model of bearing seats and the region model of the oil-mist fluid(ten different roller heat rates which are10kW/m3,15kW/m3,20kW/m3,25kW/m3,30kW/m3,35kW/m3,40kW/m3,45kW/m3,50kW/m3,55kW/m3, under the same shaft rotation speed and the same oil-mist supply.)Finally, applied the Fluent software to simulate the region model of the oil-mist fluid of the four rows cylindrical roller bearing(ten different roller heat rates which are10kW/m3,15kW/m3,20kW/m3,25kW/m3,30kW/m3,35kW/m3,40kW/m3,45kW/m3, 50kW/m3,55kW/m3, after improve the oil-mist supply.) Through the simulation results of the analysis, I get the law of the temperature field of the four rows cylindrical roller bearing between the two oil-mist supplied under the ten different roller heat rates and the temperature field of the two-row tapered roller bearing under the ten different roller heat rates. Expect that, I get the relation of the temperature field and the roller heat rates.
