| According to the demand for semi-trailer manufacturer, using the finite element analysis technology and with the help of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, based on different conditions,the strength and stiffness of HYCL040semi-trailer frame are analyzed to identify the reasons for the current fault, and several improved scheme is proposed to provide reference for the improvements of enterprise semi-trailer in the future.Based on HYCL040semi-trailer frame, the simulation and constraints are studied under different working conditions in the paper, as well as the stiffness and intensity of the frame,using the finite element method. In the process of Analysis and calculation, three-dimensional solid model of the frame is builded using three-dimensional software Pro/Engineer and the model is imported to ANSYS using interface in order to set the boundary conditions, loading, meshing, calculation and post-processing.The scheme of semi-trailer chassis electrical test is also designed in the paper, the test data is collected under bending and torsion condition and the accuracy of finite element model and results can be checked by comparison of test and computer simulation.According to finite element results and combined with the current problems, some possible improvements were discussed, several improvement scheme of frames is put forward in this paper. The calculations show that improving the local structure can significantly reduce the maximum stress and maximum deformation, and provide reference reference for the improvements of semi-trailer.Finally the modal analysis is proceed using Block Lanczos method for the model which improved to gain the natural frequency and corresponding vibration modes of the frame, By comparing the natural frequency and external excitation frequency, the reasonableness of the improved frame structure is determined. |
