Taking a large-scale bus frame as the research object, the thesis carried out static and dynamic analysis under typical operation situation based on the finite element theory and engineering trials. The stiffness and rigidity of the bus were analyzed in detail, which accumulated precious experience for the bus design and improvement. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the model was simplified based on the UG paragraph offered by the company. According to the structure characteristics, the finite element analysis model of the bus frame was built in the ANSYS software. Imposed boundary conditions appropriately, static analysis was carried out in typical operation situation of bending,twisting,wheeling and breaking urgently. Electric stress measurement of the bus frame was taken and compared with the theoretic calculation. Though there was tolerance, the integral outcomes kept in the reasonable scope, which proved the validity of the finite element model.Then, on the basis of the dynamic theory, this thesis took dynamic analysis for the bus frame. The former 20-order intrinsic frequency was extracted, and the transient analysis and stochastic vibration analysis basis on the modal were taken. Transient respond analyzed the stress and deform of the body frame when the bus impacted by a load or breaking urgently. The displacement and stress-time respond database were got in the dangerous points under these cases.Lastly, stochastic vibration analysis by the B-lever and D-lever road spectrum was taken. The PSD curves of the displacement,velocity,acceleration at any point of the body frame were got. The co-excitation frequency of the body frame was obtained at the end.The research of this thesis has instructive effect and important meaning for the design,checking,rebuilding and optimizing of the bus frame for the enterprise. The analyzed result provides design theory for the new type bus and reference for the rebuilding and optimizing of the body structure design.
