Using reverse engineering software Surfacer10.6extracted data coordinate of car rearview mirror, According to the coordinates of the extracted data to build finite element model of the vehicle rear-view mirror in Ansys10.0software, for static analysis, modal calculation, the transient calculation. According to the calculated results of the exterior mirror analysis of the situation by force in different speeds, and whether it will produce resonance phenomenon, a point of stress, displacement change in the transient loading. Through the vision design, test and analysis of the mechanical components, to judge accurately the safety of the car, Increase the security protection, reducing traffic accidents.
