| Higher education bears the duty to cultivate the highly qualified applied talents.Promoting the quality of the bachelor cultivation is the core mission of the higher education.Under the new circumstance of the rapid economic development,the colleges of the higher education,on one hand,should strengthen the talent cultivation;on the other hand,they should establish a scientific system to protect the quality of the talent cultivation.According to the survey data,there are some problems in the quality of personnel training in B college: the dissatisfaction rate is higher in terms of teacher investment,teaching management,practical teaching,student satisfaction,academic knowledge level,and awards.Based on the situation of the civil engineering of the B college,combining the features and the requirements of the college’s talent cultivation,adopting the CIPP evaluating mechanism,this article is to struct and analyze the evaluation system of the quality of the civil engineering talent cultivation of the B college via evaluating background,input,process and result.On the precondition of the talent cultivation structure based on the background evaluation,and with the insurance of the resource configuration based on the input evaluation,and with the core effect of the process evaluation,and with the evaluation model of the talent cultivation’s influence and effectiveness based on the result to construct the primary indicator and the next indicator correspondingly,in order to finish the construction of the indication system of the civil engineering talent cultivation.Using the equidistant weights and proportional method,the index system is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated from the perspective of students in the B college.The conclusion is that the students are at a medium-level level in terms of the quality of personnel training.Finally,according to the evaluation results,suggestions and improvement measures for the quality training of civil engineering majors in B college are put forward: speed up the construction of teaching staff,strengthen teaching management,optimize practical teaching,improve student satisfaction,strengthen the knowledge level of chemical industry,and improve students’ professional skills.In order to improve the quality of civil engineering professionals. |
