| The loader, used for loading the piles of material into mechanical transport equipment, is a kind of machine. It not only can be used as an underground mine tunneling, mining, transport equipment, but also can be used as a open pit machinery for such as the open pit mine stripping, mining, water conservancy, electricity, construction, transport and defense sectors. This paper studies the former, that is, underground loaders. Our country from the mid-1970s started to use underground loaders, but because of the harsh loaders operating working environment, the heavy task, the low effective utilization of the machine, and in addition to historical reasons, the vast majority of mines use rock loader, scraper mine with low production efficiency. So how to effectively improve the existing production capacity of the loader, to shorten the time of loading operations, to extend the life of the underground loader and how to improve the design and manufacture of technical level of China’s underground loaders, and to strive to improve the quality of design and manufacture of underground loader, to develop and promot newer, more advanced and efficient underground loader is essential.On the basis of previous studies, this paper will analysis the dynamic strength of a type of underground loaders, and proposes a number of recommendations to improve the characteristics of underground loader:(1) Given the CAD model of an underground loader, we first use3D modeling software proe to build the three-dimensional solid model of the underground loader frame, and then use the large finite element software PATRAN to build a real and effective finite element model.(2) As modal analysis (dynamic characteristics) is the first step of the response analysis, so modal analysis of the finite element frame model first must be done, and then analysis the transientresponse and frequency response of the loader frame, given the engine incentives and the role of the road excitation, and discusses the frame vibration, coming to the maximum stress of the the important parts of the frame, that is the weak link of the frame. Finally, evaluate the strength of underground loader on the basis of the relevant theory and come up with some views of some structural improvements.(3) In the light of the current situation of the fatigue research to mechanical structure, we use finite element fatigue to analysis the fatigue life of the underground loaders structural under the specified load. Obtaining,through the analysis, the fatigue life contours of the loader boom, displaying the life of the arm and providing a theoretical basis for the structural design of underground loader and improvements of fatigue research.Finally, this article summarizes the main content and practical significance of the loader, proposing future in-depth research and points out that the integrated use of the finite element method, finite element fatigue analysis and fatigue analysis is comprehensive and complete mining machinery, which will become one direct of the research of fatigue research. |
