Research On The Commissioning Progress For Existing AC System

The HVAC system of existing building is providing good quality indoor environment for people. At the same time, it accounts for the proportion of the total energy consumption society is increasing in gradually, which leads the energy supply of our country facing more and more serious challenges. Due to a variety of reasons, most of the air conditioning systems are operating in low efficiency, even in long-term fault, which caused huge additional energy consumption. To reduce the unnecessary energy, the implementation of HVAC systems commissioning should be taken in their whole life cycle, which also is the performance verification of the actual operating conditions of HVAC systems.Based on the idea of the HVAC system commissioning theory, the work of HVAC systems commissioning is through the evaluation system applicable to all kinds of commissioning process, which combine the actual situation of the HVAC system with the owner of the objective request, to guide the whole process of the HVAC system commissioning. This paper in line with the principle of scientific, reasonable and practical, according to some mature of the theory and experience of the domestic and foreign, to take the process of HVAC system commissioning for research.The practical method of existing HVAC system commissioning is the combination of the computer simulation and field test, using artificial Commissioning and automatic Commissioning interaction, orderly work on energy consumption diagnosis, system optimization and fault diagnosis, ultimately, to achieve the purpose of HVAC system commissioning ultimately. To make the method of HVAC system commissioning being carried out widely, this process research determines the HVAC system commissioning evaluation system in all stages of the application scope from whole and individually, and detailed introduces energy consumption diagnosis, system optimization and fault diagnosis separately.For HVAC system commissioning process is the large quantities, through the effectively using simulation technology and automatic data collection system, which can maximize the efficiency of commissioning and shorten the time of test and analysis data, and may reduce the difficulty of system commissioning. This paper studies how to using results of simulation and test to evaluate the actual working condition of the existing HVAC system, and to do diagnosis and reform for HVAC systems, finally improve the system synthesis characteristic.
