Energy Performance Contracting(EPC)is a highly market-oriented energysaving service model.Under this model,both partners can achieve a win-win situation.More and more industries choose to use contract energy management mode for energy-saving transformation.The heating industry is no exception.In the energy management of heating contract,it is necessary to determine the energy consumption benchmark of the heating system and calculate the energy saving space of the heating system.Due to the different characteristics of different heating systems in different regions and the many factors affecting the energy consumption of heating systems,how to determine the energy consumption benchmark for specific heating systems and the calculation of energy-saving space has become an urgent problem to be solved in heating contract energy management..Based on the above problems,this paper establishes an energy consumption evaluation and diagnosis model for different types of heating systems in different regions,and gives a complete heating contract energy management project operation process.Firstly,the paper analyzes the energy consumption evaluation index of heating system,constructs the energy consumption evaluation index system of heating system,and gives the calculation method of corresponding index.In order to analyze the energy consumption evaluation index of heating system and calculate the energy saving space of heating system,three kinds of energy consumption evaluation index analysis methods are given in this paper,which are horizontal longitudinal contrast analysis method and energy consumption index based on building indoor standard temperature.Analytical method and comparative analysis method based on normative value,in which the energy consumption index analysis method based on the standard temperature of the building indoors is used to determine the energy consumption reference value of different heating stages of different heating parameters in different meteorological parameters.The real-time analysis of the energy consumption of the heating system is carried out.At the same time,the paper gives a simplified calculation form of the corresponding energy consumption reference value for the data loss and computational complexity in practical engineering applications.On the basis of energy consumption evaluation,the third chapter analyzes the characteristics of the heating system and the related factors that affect the energy consumption of the heating system,and establishes the heat source,the heat network,the heat station and the building energy consumption diagnosis model respectively for the heating system.The energy consumption diagnosis model provides quantitative indications for the cause analysis of each indicator in the energy consumption evaluation model.Finally,combined with the specific system technical transformation measures,the energy-saving transformation plan of the heating system is proposed,and the energy saving space corresponding to the influential factors of each indicator is given.According to the established energy consumption evaluation and energy consumption diagnosis model of heating system,the fourth chapter of the thesis studies the energy management model of heating contract,and gives the investment income and calculation method of investment recovery period of heating contract energy management project,and establishes a complete operation process of heating contract energy management project.Using the established model to analyze the energy consumption of a heating system in Beijing and verifing the accuracy of the model,it is found that severe overheating and thermal imbalance in the building are the main reason for the high energy consumption of the heating system,while the model verification results show that the model calculation results are very accurate,when the building’s excessive heating is within a certain range.
