At present,thermal power units in our country has basically installed distributed control system and supervisory information system,mainly achieving real-time display of important parameters,on-line calculation of coal consumption,boiler efficiency,and the function of other economic indicators.But these systems lack the technology of on-line energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis for each subsystem of the boiler.As one of the three major systems of boiler about flue gas system,its level of energy efficiency directly affects the coal saving potential of the unit.Therefore,in order to further enhance the energy efficiency level of the unit,providing energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis system is essential.For the problem mentioned above,the methods for the energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis of flue gas system in the million ultra supercritical unit are studied in this paper.Firstly,the system equipment tree is established,the structure and function of the equipment is analysed.the energy efficiency index system is established.For operating parameters,after judging data stability and classifying working conditions,the reference values of parameters are obtained under different working conditions based on K-means clustering and parameter characteristics,and proves the rationality of the benchmark based on EBSILON.Obtain the consumption difference factor about parameters and indexes to the coal consumption rate of power supply based on the formula,and EBSILON is used to verify the accuracy of the consumption factor.The evaluation model is established,and the parameters,indexes and systems are evaluated,and the potential of coal saving is calculated.If the evaluation results were worse and the potential of coal saving was higher,then the energy efficiency diagnosis was triggered.Fault tree analysis is introduced to the energy efficiency diagnosis,and the energy efficiency diagnosis tree is built according to the energy efficiency model.The effect factors are divided into two types,which are adjustable parameters and maintenance fault.For the maintenance fault,establish the fault identification model,take corresponding measures to identified fault.If the operating parameters deviate from the reference value,take corresponding measures in elimination of equipment failure,so as to improve the efficiency level of system.In this paper,energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis of #5 boiler flue gas system in 1000 MW ultra supercritical was studied,the results indicated that the method can improve the efficiency level of the flue gas effectively,make the direction of operation adjustment clear and has a certain significance in making the direction of operation adjustment clear.
