With the development of domestic and international economic and transport load,the demands for high-grade asphalt concrete pavements have become graduallyincreased. One hand, lots of high-grade pavements are still under construction, whichresults in lake of the raw material resources; On the other hand, the transformation ofa large number of old asphalt pavements results in the waste of resources andenvironmental pollution. Thus, the large-scale application of hot in-place recycling(HIR)technology is the inevitable choice of achieving circular economy andsustainable development. So, in order to save the mineral resources and protectenvironment, it is important to develop HIR technology in our country now.The thesis embarks on selected topic background and research significance. Itunifies the domestic and foreign research present situation, through the analysis of theapplication condition and construction cost of the different hot in-place recyclingtechnology, we can propose its advantages and disadvantages; Through the study thecosts of different hot in-place recycling projects, including the mechanical costs,material costs and labor costs and the Cost effectiveness.With the emphasis on theanalysis of the composition of mechanical costs, and use the payback method toevaluate the feasibility of equipment acquisition; Take G-AHP method to evaluate thecost effectiveness of the different HIR projects,finally use this model to analyze thespecific examples.The thesis plan is through literature collection, road survey, theoretical analysisand experimental analysis of combination to develop, relying on a project to obtainactual testing datas, finally using the payback period of investment and hierarchicalgrey relational research methods to evaluate the cost effectiveness of the differentHIR projectsThe results and conclusions of the thesis:①Through the study the characteristics of the three kinds of typical hot in-placerecycling set of SY、INTECH and Wirtgen,we can introduce the different hot in-placerecycling equipments, summarize the advantages and shortcomings of the hot in-placerecycling, which can provide certain references for construction enterprises to choosethe hot in-place recycling equipments.②Through the study of the costs and ways of HIR, We can have a clearer understanding of the total cost of the influencing factors.③Through the analysis the construction cost, the hot in-place recyclingequipment purchases and the economic of the different hot in-place recycling projects,we can obtain that it is economically viable to buy hot in-place recycling unit forregeneration and maintenance construction when the maintenance area of hot in-placerecycling up to a certain size every year, which can provide certain basis forconstruction enterprises to choose hot in-place recycling construction schemes.
