As an efficient transportation infrastructure, Cable-stayed bridge develops rapidlyin recent years. China has built a series of world advanced level of long-spancable-stayed bridge. Long-span cable-stayed bridge foundation engineering constructionhas lots of technology economic characteristics, such as huge structure, complextechnology, long construction period and complex construction organization, influencedby climate, geology, hydrology, navigation, water flow velocity, water depth and otherfactors. It is comprehensive restricted by these characteristics and the factors, decides amassive security risk in the foundation construction process of a long-span cable-stayedbridge, it will influence the cable-stayed bridge infrastructure foundation such as thecofferdam, pile caps and bearing platform construction safety and smoothly. And inengineering practice, the security risk problem of the study, control, is still very weak.How to scientifically analysis, evaluate and effective control the security risk oflong-span cable-stayed bridge foundation construction, maximized reduce theconstruction security risk, has important theoretical significance and engineeringpractice value to achieve the project construction goal.According to the security risk control and management problems of long-spancable-stayed bridge foundation construction in china, combining engineeringconstruction features of cable-stayed bridge foundation, after the study of long-spancable-stayed bridge foundation construction security risk characteristics, this paper has asystematically study on security risk of long-span cable-stayed bridge foundationconstruction on the basis of using the risk analysis and control theory. At first, thispaper uses the influence diagram method and does a comprehensive identification forthe security risk factors in the process of long-span cable-stayed bridge foundationconstruction, establishes a security risk space and security risk testing table of long-spancable-stayed bridge foundation construction; Secondly, further researches and identifiesthe mutual influence relationship between the various security risk factors used ofprobabilistic influence diagram theory, and establishes a probabilistic influence diagramassessment model of security risk of long-span cable-stayed bridge foundationconstruction. Then, on the basis of risk identification and risk assessment, establishes asecurity risk control system of long-span cable-stayed bridge foundation construction,and put forward the security risk control measures of cable-stayed bridge foundation construction; At last, take the second Yangtze river bridge in Fengdu for example, setup a probabilistic influence diagram assessment model of security risk in the process offoundation construction. After that, detailed analysis and evaluates the floating hitsecurity risk in the model, realizes the computer programmed algorithm, and then putforwards the corresponding security risk control strategy of floating hit in the secondYangtze river bridge foundation construction connected with the risk evaluation resultabove.Based on the probability influence diagram, this paper set up security risk testingtable and probabilistic influence figure risk evaluation model of long-span cable-stayedbridge foundation construction, and then on the basis of which, establishes a securityrisk control system of long-span cable-stayed bridge foundation construction. It is a newexploration on security risk analysis and control of the long span cable-stayed bridgefoundation construction of highway, improves and enriches the security riskidentification and evaluation theory of long-span cable-stayed bridge foundationconstruction, and provides reference to advance the security risk effective control andmanagement on the engineering practice of long-span cable-stayed bridge constructionin our country.This paper finishes combined with the basic scientific research project oftransportation department named "the Research on Risk Analysis and Control in theWhole Process of Transportation Project Construction"(the serial number:2005319814030) and the lateral scientific research project which is "the Research ofConstruction Safety Risk Analysis and Control about the Second Yangtze River Bridgein Fengdu of Chongqing".
