With the increase of the span of the arch bridge, the stability problem become moreand more evidence. It has became a important control factors of the bridge design andconstruction. This paper bases on Beibei Chaoyang Reconstruction Bridge inChongqing, Using finite element software based on the MIDAS solid model, andaccording to the construction process set up the relevant work conditions, The analysisof a long-span X-style steel box-section arch bridge in the construction process and thestability of the bridge state from linear elastic buckling and geometry nonlinearbuckling two aspect,Concrete has the following a few respects content:①In construction stage, from linear elastic and consider geometry nonlinear effectof buckling analysis. It is shows that the geometry nonlinear effect is obvious. Itsstability coefficient compare with linear stability coefficient has declined in. For thiskind of bridge,In the construction of geometry nonlinear stability problems should bepaid more attention to.②On the analysis of the tower buckled stability, the calculation results show that,with the increase of arch rib stage, buckle tower buckled position of anchor cable bylocal instability into the bottom button of the local instability; consider horizontal windload,the effect on the process of the whole assembly is not significant; Naked arch statecross ties to temporary stability must ascend functions, while demolished temporarycross ties, stability has dropped, but people still can satisfy the condition of theconstruction of the stability; In the initial geometric imperfection on the effect on thestability of is, and have the computing structure shows that in the standardization ofamplitude range of its stability is not obvious effect, but with the increase of theamplitude of defects and its stability become relatively weak.③In the bridge analysis, to live load as loading variables, through the linearbuckling and geometric nonlinear buckling analysis shows that considering thegeometric nonlinear buckling, stability of a certain degree down, but to meet relevantspecification.
