Production logistics technology is an important part of the advanced manufacturing technology, the problems which to solve by the production logistics system is to achieve the mechanization, automation and rationalization of logistics in order to achieve the time and space efficiency of the logistics system. The mainly exhibition of high efficient of production logistics systems is the fast, efficient, automated logistics equipment, and then AGV (automated guided truck, Automated Guided Vehicle) logistics system appears. We can use it to schedule automatic guided transport vehicles under the control of the intelligent traffic management according to the received material handling tasks, we can also complete material handling tasks along the prescribed route automatically and efficiently, and realize automatic control system which can achieve real-time scheduling. But so far the theories of feasibility and studies the relative are lack of diesel engine test line, leading to the implementation of the AGV logistics system with certain blindness.In recent years, with the expansion of productivity, a diesel engine manufacturing enterprises’AGV logistics system are required to be more capability. Such as, without increase the transport space of Test Line, to develop a more effective transport planning method, and effectively organize AGV automated logistics system optimization implementation, to enhance enterprises’production efficiency and promote its market competitiveness. This topic research the AGV logistics control system optimization design, information management, route planning and design, aim to make the various processes of convergence closer, and to enhance the company’s production efficiency and automation level.By researching the function form of AGV logistics system, the application which used in a diesel engine manufacturing enterprises’test line is analyzed in this paper on the following aspects:(1) Researching the requirement of logistics system improvement in the enterprises, the technical and practical application are analyzed in AGV system in its test line;(2) The AGV logistics transportation network, operation system, parameter setting are all completed in this paper, and optimize the current logistics and transport path by shortest path planning method;(3)The optimization of logistics systems is showed on the following aspects that control system construction, and navigation system, then analysis the implementation effect. From a practical perspective on the analysis of AGV, not only enrich the theoretical study, optimize the operation of AGV system in the enterprises’ test line, but also provide a reference for other companies which use the AGV systems.
