Research On Optimization Of Shipping Logistics System Of Chongqing CJ Steamship Company

In recent years,the development of the international shipping market has shown a state of excessive competition and excessive capacity,which has prompted the world’s large and small shipping companies to find the direction of enterprise transformation and upgrading,as well as the optimization method of the shipping logistics system.Although our shipping logistics industry has developed rapidly,its overall development level is not high due to its low starting point.In terms of the combination of shipping companies and logistics,most companies have not established an integrated and integrated shipping logistics system that operates efficiently,and cannot provide high-level logistics services to customers.As the golden waterway with the largest amount of freight transport in the river,the Yangtze River has the advantages of strong shipping capacity,low cost of use and low energy consumption,and plays an important role in the development of domestic river shipping.Dry bulk cargoes such as iron ore,petroleum and coal are the main types of cargo in the Yangtze River shipping,and can reach more than 70% of the total cargo volume.In addition,it also plays an important role in container transportation and cargo roll-on vehicle transportation.In recent years,the Yangtze River trunkline has achieved substantial development under the policy guidance,and the basic shipping conditions have also been improved.However,the Yangtze River shipping companies still face problems such as high operating costs,inflexible operational mechanisms,backward management,weak technical strength,and unstable supply.Based on the development background of shipping companies,this paper analyzes the political,economic,social and technological environment in which shipping companies are located by using PEST analysis method.At the same time,using case analysis method,the existing internal conditions of shipping logistics,logistics service status,logistics management issues,logistics mechanism construction and other fields of CJ steamship company are studied.In addition,the article uses the basic concepts,ideas and methods of logistics management,internet and logistics information technology to combine the business objectives of Chongqing CJ Shipping Company’s shipping logistics service.In order to achieve the optimization of the company’s shipping logistics service system,we propose corresponding optimization ideas,and give specific suggestions on how to optimize the shipping logistics service.
