The development of social-economic can not exist without powersystem,especially the electric power.while driving the social economy and people’sdaily life, itself faces great problems. Once the equipment fails during operation,resulting in the interruption of electricity supply, it will cause huge economic and sociallosses, and even the lives of people with catastrophic consequences. Look at previousincidents involving electricity, the development of power system simulation system isparticularly important, it not only for power operation, the analysts provide moredecision-making proposals, but also enable them to deepen the understanding of thesystem to reach the training of trainers other purposes.Based on previous research, the current mainstream power system simulationsystem features, and focused on the standard system of data exchange formats. For thecurrent bottleneck in the development of the DIS system, this paper presents thedistributed power simulation based on the HLA architecture based on the build system,packaged as a federal member of the HLA specification of each simulation node to solvethe problems of the traditional DIS system data congestion. Taken together, the efforts inthe following work:1.A comprehensive analysis of research, focusing on the software provides thepower system model format and data exchange format for existing simulation software;2. Building a distributed simulation system, including: the existing power systemsimulation software to study the integration method in the MAK-RTI is built based onthe HLA system;3. Study the HLA simulation method of propulsion: stepping the way andinteractive method of propulsion, and to determine the way forward in the DIS;4. Using Microsoft Visual C++to implement the simulation system based on MAKRTI to support atleast5simulation nodes.To sum up,this paper designs and develops a simulation platform on electricalsystem,implementing the basic requirements based on software development method.
