Since twenty-first Century, Especially after nearly ten years of domestic infrastructureconstruction of rapid development, China’s construction enterprises in the construction projectmanagement has made considerable development. But in recent years with the human cost toimprove construction project management, more and more intensive, the construction projectmanagement in the practice of continuous innovation, to adapt to the current development ofthe productive forces. This paper according to Guangzhou to Heyuan Expressway Guangzhousection pavement engineering of contract section S27construction of the actual situation,from project construction organization design and safety, quality, schedule, cost of severaltarget management of modern project management theory in the engineering application.To construction company, project management is to realize the contract time limit for aproject, safety, quality and other goals, in certain conditions, comprehensive to mobilize theresources of enterprises, the safety management, quality management, schedule management,cost management and a series of activities to fulfill the contract content and achieve itsmaximum benefits.Based on modern project management theory as a foundation, the construction side ofthe project management as a starting point, through practical study shows that: the scientificand rational project management organization is the key to the smooth implementation of theproject, is the realization of safety, quality, schedule, benefit goal of an important guaranteefor modern construction enterprises need; people-oriented, thus implementing the productionsafety management system, the establishment of safe production management system is theguarantee of construction workers safety measures; quality is the life force of the building, toimplement the whole process, full and comprehensive quality management, establishment ofquality assurance system, to implement quality control measures are construction workersmission; schedule is to ensure that the project put into operation on schedule, to realize theirown value control points, formulate a scientific project schedule planning and theimplementation of effective control, can not only ensure that the project on schedule put intoproduction, but also can improve the project quality and reduce the construction cost; costcontrol is construction company competition ability reflect, carry out liability costmanagement, implement cost management measures, can fully mining project economicbenefit.
